WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

• Browse through our wide range of products. When you find something you like select the relevant size and click on ‘Add to Cart’.
• After you have added the product(s), click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either continue shopping or confirm the order.
• From there login to your existing YCQTEE account and for new customers create a ‘New User’ account.
• Now proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address and select a mode of payment. For order confirmation click on ‘Place Order’

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

• A confirmation email and sms with order details will be sent to you on placing the order successfully.
• Once the order is shipped you will receive another sms before your product(s) arrive.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 2-5 business days at your address depending on where you stay.
• We deliver the products in fully sealed packages to ensure that the product may reach to you in the best condition.

IS IT SAFE TO MAKE PAYMENT USING DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD OR NET BANKING?

• All the transactions are done over a secure encrypted connection. Your money is safe with us.
• All orders shall be partially paid Rs 300/ as token advance and balance can be COD and if the order is fully prepaid then no token advance .

IS THERE ANY COD OPTION AVAILABLE?

• You can place your order with cod (COD charges applicable)

IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

• You only pay what you see.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

• In case there is a payment failure please ensure that the information you have provided is correct (for e.g.: password for net banking, account details etc.)
• If your account has been debited even after a failed payment it will be credited to your bank account according to the banking norms within 10 business days. For further assistance connect with us at care@ycqteeshop.in

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

• Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 5-7 business / working days at your address depending on where you stay.

IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

• We are charging flat 100/- for shipping on all orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and sms will be sent with a link.
• Tracking the order will also be available directly through the website,(https://ycqteeshop.shiprocket.co/)

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

• YCQTEE delivers product with zero defect guarantee. On a rare occasion when the fit/style of the product does not flatter you the most, we accept a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please visit our Returns page within the first 4 days from the date of delivery.

IS THERE A TIME PERIOD WITHIN WHICH I CAN RETURN THE ORDER?

• Within 7 days from the date of delivery and should reach our warehouse within 10 days.• We do not accept any broken size/color /ratio/packing
• All return garments should be packed same way received and sent to us
• Part / Partial return will not be entertained
• In case of any wrong item return amount shall not be refunded neither for the wrong return or incomplete return or partial return and decision of ycqteeshop.com is final
• All jurisdiction to Tiruppur ( Tamil Nadu ) only

WHAT ARE THE TERMS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE?

• For hygiene factor, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or stained.
• If in rarest situation you have received a defective product, don’t send it to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. Send us images at care@ycqteeshop.in and we will get back to you
• We will initiate a pick up of your product through our courier service. A bonus will be added to your YCQTEE wallet Which you can redeem on your later purchases.
• We do not accept returns on bottom wear products for hygienic factors.

WHEN CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You can make a return if you face any one of the following cases:• It was delivered in a defective condition
• If it is different from what you ordered
• If you have received a wrong size

WHEN IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

Your returns should meet all the following conditions:
• The product is in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition
• Brand tags and labels are intact
• Product to be returned with its original packaging.

HOW SHOULD I PACK MY PRODUCT FOR RETURN AND SELF-SHIP?

• Product should be packed in original condition to prevent any loss or damage in transit. The product must be in unused condition with original tags attached. Keep a proof of the postage until we send you a confirmation of self-courier.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

• Before the order is shipped your order can be cancelled by logging into your YCQTEE account, then clicking on Orders> Cancel Order.
• If the order is already shipped we cannot do anything to cancel the order. To make changes in the order before it has been shipped feel free to connect with us at care@ycqteeshop.in and we will try to do it for you!
